At Dream Creators Club (DCC), we value the trust you place in us to curate your travel and social experiences. We strive to maintain a transparent and fair process for all our community members. This policy applies to all trips, events, and services organized by DCC.

Refund Timelines

Processing Period: For bookings eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 60 to 90 working days from the date of cancellation or upon receiving confirmation from our third-party vendors (hotels, transporters, etc.), whichever is later.

On-Trip Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs during an ongoing trip, the refund timeline begins from the date of the trip’s completion.

Currency Fluctuations: For international trips, refund amounts are subject to change based on foreign exchange rates at the time of processing.

Flights

Non-Refundable Tickets: Flights marked as “Non-Refundable” by the airline or on your DCC voucher are not eligible for any refund.

Refundable Tickets: Refunds for these will be processed according to the specific airline’s policy minus any service fees.

Important: DCC is not responsible for airline delays or cancellations. Refunds for such disruptions must be claimed by the traveler directly from the airline.

Passports & Documentation: Members must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months. DCC is not liable for refunds if boarding is denied due to document issues.

Hotels 

Booking Terms: All “Non-Refundable” hotel bookings are strictly ineligible for refunds. For refundable stays, terms mentioned in your specific itinerary will apply.

On-Trip Changes: If a member chooses to change hotels or upgrade rooms during a trip, the member is responsible for 100% of the additional costs. The original booking will be treated as a 100% cancellation.

Check-in/Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed.

Events & Socials

Community Events: Tickets for DCC social events, parties, and local gatherings are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to another woman in the community with prior written approval from DCC.

Activity Cancellations: If an outdoor activity is canceled due to weather or safety concerns, DCC will attempt to provide an alternative. Refunds for missed activities are subject to the vendor’s approval.

Visas & Travel Insurance

Visa Facilitation: DCC acts only as a facilitator for visa documentation. The approval or rejection of a visa is the sole prerogative of the Embassy. Visa fees are 100% non-refundable.

Insurance: Once issued, travel insurance is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Transfers & Logistics

Refunds for missed transfers due to personal delays (late arrival at airports/meeting points) will not be entertained.

DCC is not responsible for missed flights or activities due to local traffic, weather, or regional factors beyond our control.
