Community Guidelines

Dream Creators Club (DCC) and its organizers strictly prohibit the possession or consumption of narcotics and banned substances during any tour or event. DCC shall not be held responsible for any legal adversities or health issues arising from the same.

Safety & Prohibited Items

Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are strictly prohibited. Management accepts no responsibility for any individual found guilty of violating Indian Law. DCC reserves the right to evict any traveler at any time, without a refund, if their actions violate community rules or involve misbehavior toward co-travelers or staff.

Liability & Property

Off-site Safety: DCC is not responsible for your safety or whereabouts if you leave the designated camping or hotel premises.

Damages: Any damage caused to property (tents, hotel fixtures, equipment) by a traveler will be subject to a penalty equivalent to the full replacement cost (MRP).

Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and valuables. DCC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal goods.

Bookings & Documentation

Identification: All guests must carry a valid Government-issued ID card.

Confirmation: Slots are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Guest Policy: Only registered DCC members are allowed at our designated stay areas. Outside guests are not permitted unless pre-notified and approved in writing.

Logistics & Itinerary

Transport & Delays: In the event of a vehicle breakdown, travelers are requested to wait until repairs are completed. No backup transport is guaranteed.

Unforeseen Circumstances: DCC is not responsible for delays, alterations, or additional expenses caused by natural hazards, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or traffic.

Cancellations: If the group reaches a destination late due to traffic or external factors, certain sightseeing activities may be cancelled without refund.

Flexibility: The trip coordinator reserves the right to modify the itinerary on-the-spot based on local conditions or safety requirements.

Refund Policy

Registrations and tickets, once booked, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
